Shipping policy

We ship through registered and trusted courier partners for orders within India as well as overseas. For shipping timelines, please refer to the product descriptions page for each product.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public holidays are not set as working days for shipping and deliveries.

Domestic:

  • Shipping within India is free for Prepaid orders, irrespective of the number of items bought.
  • We don’t have any options for COD (Cash On Delivery)
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, the details of tracking number and information of the shipping agency will be shared via email/ WhatsApp.
  • Orders can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number on the shipping partners website.
  • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at the time of checkout. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package 3 times before it is returned to us. In case it is returned to us, no refunds will be entertained.
  • Please provide the complete and accurate shipping address including Pin code, Landmark and a contact number to ensure faster and hassle free delivery .
  • Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within 7-10 days after dispatch depending on your location. 


INTERNATIONAL:

International Shipment Policy by GULMOHAR

  1. For any International shipment orders, one firstly needs to communicate and confirm from us via Whatsapp. All communication related to International shipment will be directly communicated through our official Whatsapp. Order will also be placed via Whatsapp (+91-8697904677).
  2. Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during checkout depending on the order value and dimensions of your order and the location to be delivered.
  3. We use DHL(or similar courier like that) or INDIA POST  in almost all International Shipments unless their service is not available in a certain country/ Pincode. We will provide all the information about this before and after shipment.
  4. Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order and are applicable over and above the shipping charges paid at checkout.
  5. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Import duties, varying by country and product, are charged upon entry into the destination.
  6. Customers must pay applicable duties and taxes to the shipping agency upon delivery. Refusal to pay will result in non-delivery, with no refunds provided.

PAYMENT POLICY : 

For domestic orders, we accept all major debit and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa), net banking from leading banks, UPI  and recognized wallet payments. 

For international orders, payments can be made via major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa), PayPal (Xoom), Western Union and similar platforms (transaction fees apply).
